Come prepared to share ideas and bring home new ones! The format will consist of discussions and practice.\n\n  It will be an effort to collate the knowledge of the experienced participants in a way that will allow the newer instructors to walk away with concrete ideas and plans for her own self-defense class. There will be also an emphasis on supporting the membership and fellowship of PAWMA.\n  1 pm - 3 pm: A community women's self-defense class\, offered free to the general public.
